Returns & Cancellation Policy

You can return a guitar within 10 days after delivery, for a full refund. The product must be shipped back in the original packaging, in excellent condition, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Custom build to order guitars can also be returned within 10 days of receipt but are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If you are pre-ordering a guitar and need to cancel your pre-order, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund amount if cancelled after 14 days of the pre-order placement.

Following inspection, an email shall be sent confirming receipt and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment.

The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. Will not pay or reimburse any import taxes, duties, or other related fees.

All products must be shipped back in their original packaging together with included documentation and accessories/parts. If parts are missing, the cost will be taken out of your refund.

All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Any damage or signs of wear detected upon return inspection will result in a reduction of your refund.

By unpacking the delivered products, this return policy is accepted in its entirety.

Before returning any instrument, please contact us at info@lotharioguitars.com and await our response with a ‘Returned Goods’ shipping label.
